A second trial has been scheduled for a Kingman man charged in the shooting of his uncle. Zachary Sowers, 26, is charged with attempted second degree murder for the shooting that reportedly occurred after the his uncle asked him to vacate his property in the 2800 block of East Hearne Avenue last December.
