The Marine Corps League Annual Toys for Tots Golf Tournament is to be held at the Valle Vista Country Club. The tournament will be on Saturday, September 7. This year there will be an additional $500 in prize money available for golfers
The Marine Corps Reserves sponsors the Toys for Tots program that is held annually, insuring local children are provided for during the holiday season. Each year they provide Christmas gifts to over 3,000 children, insuring no child goes without.
This is the 4th year the Marine Corps League of Kingman has been joined by the 1st Marine Division Association, of Bullhead City, in a joint effort to reach even more children in greater Northern Mohave County. The program covers from Topock to Bullhead to Kingman and Northern Mohave County.
They are requesting that the people sponsor a hole for $50.00. Make all checks payable to Toys for Tots. Mail checks to Kingman Marine Corps League, PO BOX 6921, Kingman, AZ 86402.
They are also asking for door prizes for the tournament to enhance the experience of the participants.
