Animal shelter will be out adopting dogs this weekend

KINGMAN – The Mohave County Animal Shelter will be at First Friday this October 4 with Dogs for adoption. Large dogs one year and over and over 30 pounds are $50. Smaller dogs and dogs under one year are $125. Each dog is spayed or neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines and comes with a free vet visit at adopter’s choice of any veterinarian in Kingman. The animal shelter staff will also be at Rt 66 Rotary’s Octoberfest at Metcalfe Park on from 3 to 7 p.m. selling pet related items and raffle tickets for pet related prizes and at Metcalfe Park Saturday, Oct. 5 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. with dogs for adoptions same pricing as above.
