Kingman Moose Lodge raises funds for ARC

KINGMAN, Ariz. – The Royal Order of Moose, had a fundraising night for ARC Saturday, October 10. ARC is a nonprofit thrift store who was recently added to the state’s Qualified Charitable Organizations (QCO) list.

There were more women than men at the Kingman Moose Lodge Saturday night, but that didn’t keep them from dancing and having a good time as they moved to the country music. Connie “Ceejay” Jones

The Moose Lodge’s German-style Bavarian dinner was a hit with proceeds from the night going directly to ARC.

In attendance to represent ARC were vice president Holly Jarmillo, and transportation specialist Dee Dee Gomez.

Gift baskets were raffled off, and 50-50 raffle tickets generated $252.

The 50-50 raffle winner Michael Goss donated his share back to ARC.

The Bavarian Dinner was a German one with Bratwurst, German potatoes, a cucumber salad and more. Some of the Moose members dressed up in German dresses and were kicking up their heels Saturday night.
