BULLHEAD CITY – A Bullhead City man has entered a plea agreement to resolve his public sexual indecency case. Police responded to the back yard of a residence in the 900 block of Glen Drive on Feb. 7.

Police Department public information officer Emily Fromelt said children playing in their backyard viewed a fully exposed William Hamilton, 60, on the neighboring property.

“Juveniles reported Hamilton exited his RV completely naked and remained outside,” Fromelt said. “It was reported that he sat outside and made no effort to cover his genitals after being yelled at by the children.”

Hamilton was arrested for multiple indecent exposure counts involving four kids, ages seven to 16 years old. He pleaded guilty June 11 to one count of indecent exposure.

Hamilton will be placed on probation for up to three years at his July 13 sentencing hearing. He also faces up to six months in jail.
