MCSO investigates Halloween shooting in Kingman

KINGMAN – No one was injured in a Halloween evening shooting incident in the 2400 block of Potter Avenue in Kingman. Mohave County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) deputies responded  to a report of multiple shots fired and unknown suspects running from the area.

“Deputies arrived on scene and found several shell casings in the roadway to substantiate the gunfire and called detectives to further investigate, said MCSO public information specialist Anita Mortensen. “The investigation revealed that a verbal altercation occurred between the homeowner and two male suspects, which then escalated into the weapons offense.”

The suspects have not been identified and investigation continues. Anyone with information is urged to contact MCSO at 928-753-0753.
