BULLHEAD CITY – Bullhead City police are investigating a shooting that occurred after a group of young adults were involved in an altercation outside a residence in the 2000 block of Whitesands Drive. Officers responded about 1:30 a.m. on November 1.

“Shots were fired and a 20-year-old male sustained bullet graze injuries to his leg and hand,” said police department public information officer Emily Fromelt. “He was treated and released at a local hospital.”

No one else was injured.

Fromelt said Reynaldo Gonzales, 23, was arrested for prohibited possession of a firearm but that he is not believed to be the shooter. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Bullhead City Police Department at 928-763-1999.
