Registration for the 2025 Master Gardener Training Course is now open

BULLHEAD CITY – This course provides research-based horticulture information you can use as a Master Gardener volunteer or to become a more successful gardener in your own backyard! Topics include soils, basic botany, irrigation, landscape design, composting, plant propagation, basic ecology, vegetables, stake and prune trees/shrubs, citrus trees, native plants, entomology, pest management, and plant diseases. 

The 13-week course will run from January 16 to April 17, 2025 and will be held on Thursday mornings from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Classes will be held at Mohave Community College, 3400 Highway 95.

The cost of the class is $200 (non-refundable), includes 13 weekly 3.5 hour classes and flash drive with class presentations

Optional: Hard copies of all class presentation slides, additional $100.

The deadline for enrollment is Monday, January 13, 2025.
