LAKE HAVASU CITY – The 2024 election is not until November 4 but members of the Mohave County GOP already have decided who they want in office. The club openly shared their choices with the community at the Trump Train Cruise-In last weekend. Their America First Trump Train Cruise-In took place on Saturday May 18 at 5:30 p.m. at SARA Park.

The Mohave County GOP Organization aims to have their members join them in getting republicans in office from City Council to Congress. The group helps republicans become registered voters and supports podcasts like Red Voice Media, The Daily Wire, and The Bongino Show. They also have a variety of fundraisers and parades throughout the year to get like minded individuals excited about voting.

The cruise-in was just the kick-off portion of the event, as all participating cars ended their drives in the lot of McCulloch Blvd North located near Wheeler park in and in the parking lot of the Lake Havasu Library.  The parking lot celebration had a live DJ along with food provided by Stubby’s Barbecue and sweets from Scoops Ice Cream Parlor. Member of the GOP club and cruise organizer Butch Meeks, greeted the crowd with a welcome speech and shared a message through a phone call on the loudspeaker from presidential nominee Donald Trump himself.

Lake Havasu GOP Clubs like the London Bridge Republican Women Club and Lake Havasu Republican Men’s Club where they provided electoral information as well as details about their club’s organizations. The goal of the GOP group strives to spread political education of their party with any citizen interested in participating in their cause. The Mohave County GOP club always has their doors open to anyone interested in supporting their message.
