Fulcher sentenced to 42 years in sex abuse case

KINGMAN – A 42.5-year prison term has been imposed for a Bullhead City man convicted of sex offenses involving a young woman and two young teenage girls. Jesse Fulcher, 39, was sentenced on Oct. 26 at the Mohave County Courthouse in Kingman.

Judge Doug Camacho found Fulcher guilty of child molestation and six counts of sexual abuse of a minor in a bench trial concluded Sept. 15. Fulcher was also convicted of offering to furnish two of his victims with marijuana if they so desired.

The oldest victim told Fletcher he scarred her for life. She said she can forgive Fletcher but will never be able to forget what he did to her.

“I would never put what you’ve done to me on my own worst enemy,” she said.

“There were three young girls who were victimized by the defendant,” said Deputy Mohave County Attorney Karolina Czaplinska. She said the abuse occurred nearly daily in some instances between April, 2018 and March, 2019.

The case investigator, Bullhead City Police detective Christopher Fletcher, told the Court he was struck by the lifetime devastation Fulcher inflicted upon his victims.
