Arizona Cities and Towns Week Celebrates its 22nd Year

KINGMAN – Mayor Ken Watkins has announced that the City of Kingman will join municipalities across the state of Arizona, and take part in the League of Arizona Cities & Towns’ 22nd annual Cities & Towns Week from October 15-21. The entire community of Kingman is encouraged to learn more this week about the services and programs that the City offers to improve the quality of life in our community.

Kingman Mayor Ken Watkins said, “This is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate our city and to learn more about the 24-7 services that our dedicated staff provide year-round. These multi-faceted services ensure that we live in a community that prioritizes safety, livability, positive growth, and citizen well-being. They help make Kingman a wonderful place to live, work and play. This week recognizes our municipal employees, volunteers, and elected officials who continually work to make sure these services are delivered seamlessly.”

Cities & Towns Week is set aside each year to provide citizens with important information about the services and programs provided by their city/town, and to introduce the employees that deliver them.
