County spokesperson: Total virus cases reaches 100 today

MOHAVE COUNTY, AZ (April 27, 2020) The Mohave County Health Department (MCDPH) Nursing staff was notified of four positive COVID cases in Mohave County. The contact investigations have been initiated with each case.

The first case is an individual in the Lake Havasu City service area, in the 55-64 age range, who is hospitalized.  The person is not a travel-related case or epidemiologically linked to another confirmed case. The second case is in the Kingman service area, in the 20-44 year age range, is in isolation and recovering at home and is epi-linked to another case.  Case three of the four is in the Bullhead City service area, is in the 55-64 year age range, is in isolation, recovering at home and is epi-linked to another case.  The final case, the 100th confirmed positive, is a person in the Lake Havasu City service area, 65 +, is in isolation and recovering at home, and is epi-linked to another case.

The county total now 100, includes 4 deaths.

There are now 29 positive confirmed cases in the Lake Havasu City area, including three deaths, 60 in Kingman, with one death and 11 in Bullhead City
