John Holland Shuffler, 75, passed away in Kingman, Arizona on May 24, 2024. John was born on June 30,1948 in Dallas,Texas to Billy and Irene Shuffler. The Shuffler family moved to Kingman in 1964. John graduated from Mohave County Union High School in Kingman, Arizona, in 1967. After high school he worked for his father at Shuffler and Kerley Construction in Kingman and then in Lake Havasu City. He married Paula Hafley in 1968 and started a family. Asphalt Sealing Program Scheduled to Begin

LAKE HAVASU CITY – In an effort to preserve our roadways, Lake Havasu City is sealing various streets in the downtown/uptown area as well as the recently completed Island Walking Path and parking lots.
