MOHAVE COUNTY – An unprecedented number of Mohave County residents will be voting by mail in the Nov. 3 general election. BULLHEAD CITY – A Bullhead City man who stabbed and killed his own mother at her breakfast table is going to prison for at least 16 years. That’s the minimum sentence possible for Kevin Proulx, a white supremacist who pleaded guilty September 24 to second degree murder in the Aug., 2019 death of Bette Jean Vaughn, 74.
