11 chefs to be at Havasu’s Top Chef fundraiser

LAKE HAVASU CITY – Can your taste buds wait for Taste of Havasu or the Food Truck Festival? If not, you’re actually in luck, as the Lake Havasu Hospitality Association will be bringing Top Chef back for an eleventh helping at this year’s Havasu’s Top Chef event. The Lake Havasu Hospitality Association is an organization devoted to advancing the achievements of all hospitality industries and their consumers. Havasu’s Top Chef will take place on Thursday April 11th from 5:30pm to 9pm at the London Bridge Convention Center.

Known for their entertaining staff and performances, The Chair is also popular for their delicious burgers, sandwiches, and signature cocktails. The beachy restaurant is also among the many participants of the tasty occasion. If you’re more into a variety of different flavors, The Foundry will be present with their eclectic cuisine choices. This restaurant has food preferences that just about anyone can enjoy from sushi, steaks, and Tuscan plates.

But the spices don’t end there, this will be the nonprofit’s largest event they’ve had with 11 chefs of various restaurants in participation. Eight of those will be included in their people’s choice award. SummeRay, Nautical Front Resort, Havasu Regional Medical Center, Harleys and Hot Rods, Sweet Breeze Crepes, Niko’s Grill and Pub, Boathouse Grill, Stoney’s Grill, Hangar 24, and Wild Coffee will all be competing for best appetizer and presentation.

A new addition to this year’s scrumptious day is their mixology competition where guests can witness four local bartenders create unique beverages. Other perks of Havasu’s Top Chef will be cash bars, music, wine, beer, and items to be auctioned.

Tickets can be purchased by visiting https://www.eventbrite.com/e/havasu-top-chef-2024-tickets-815888804377?aff=erelexpmlt. Proceeds of the event will go to scholarship funding for students of WAVE, ASU, and MCC who are interested in pursuing careers in the hospitality industry. If you’re someone who is curious about having the Lake Havasu Hospitality Association help your own aspirations in this field, more information can be found by visiting https://lakehavasuhospitality.com.
