Women’s Circle is Dec. 10

KINGMAN – Women have gathered in circle since ancient times. It is a place to come together, share, support each other and grow. A Women’s Circle will be held on the second Tuesday of each month at Kingman ArtHub, 402 E. Beale St. December’s focus will be self-mastery: inside the human experience. This session will be held on December 10 from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. and will be $10.

The circle is a judgement free space and an important part of the circle is the opportunity for everyone to share and be heard in a safe space, without judgement, platitudes, pleasantries or coaching. The circle will begin with movement and a short meditation. Each month they will explore a new theme. There will be reflection questions that everyone will have an opportunity to speak about to the group. They close the circle in movement.
