William Charles “Buddy” Goldberg Sr.

“Buddy” William Charles Goldberg, Sr., born the 17th of August 1944, went to be with our Lord on the 5th of August 2025. Born in the city of Philadelphia, PA to Samuel Leon Goldberg and Concetta Mongelli Goldberg.

He ventured out west, where he lived in California for many years and along his travels; he would visit Arizona from time to time where he ended loving the desert, and became a resident of Golden Valley for many, many years where he raised his three children: Korena, Vincent and Isabella. His luv for the Arizona desert never left him.

A legend in his time and beyond. Always an entrepreneur, proprietor, and self-contained. He was a legend beyond his years and has left a legacy here in the Arizona desert. Survived by Tina Paul Goldberg of 43 years, and his six beautiful children: Barbara Bannon, Gina Goldberg Colette, William “Billy” Goldberg, Korena Goldberg, Vincent Goldberg and Isabella Goldberg.

A kind, compassionate and gentle soul had he. Far beyond he will be…. Free…Buddy will forever be remembered. “Your goodness and gentle heart are the legacy you leave behind.”
