On Sunday, Sept. 5, Wayne Owen Snuffer, Sr. passed away. He was 69 years old. A resident of Golden Valley, Snuffer was born in Pasadena and is survived by his wife, Debby Snuffer.
Arrangements were made by Sutton Memorial Funeral Home.
