LAKE HAVASU CITY – In an effort to continue to provide safe and secure water service to the community, Lake Havasu City announces the scheduled repair of a water main on London Bridge Road at S. Palo Verde Boulevard on Tuesday, September 22. Southbound London Bridge Road will be closed at S. Palo Verde during the work which is scheduled to occur between 5a.m. and 3p.m. subject to weather and other conditions. Both left turn traffic from S. Palo Verde to London Bridge Road and southbound London Bridge Road traffic at S. Palo Verde will be prohibited. Southbound traffic will be detoured onto El Camino Drive and then to SR 95 or Veterans Way. Northbound traffic on London Bridge Road will be permitted but slowed through the construction area.
Motorists are encouraged to find alternate routes, allow themselves extra travel time and follow all construction signage.
