Valle Vista votes for new board

Dear Editor,

We have a chance to get Valle Vista back on the right track.

Five board members will be seated after the next election.

Choose carefully and vote for those who will follow and enforce our community documents. Our governing documents include the Arizona Revised Statutes (ARS 33-16 and other applicable statutes), Valle Vista Property Owners Association (VVPOA) Articles of Incorporation, Covenants, Limitations and Restrictions (CLRs) and By Laws. The board needs to follow the book the same way as the rest of us do. Our governing documents and rules apply to everyone living in this community including property owners, full time residents, part time residents, landlords, lease, or rental residents and all our guests.

The board and everyone out here need to understand that a board position is a privilege to serve the community and then serve and act accordingly even as thankless as the positions usually are.

People complain about a lot of things out here.

But when you complain do something about it. File a complaint to bring it to the attention of the board. If you do not file a complaint there is no way that it will be corrected.
