letter to the editor

Dear Editor,

Hey friends, and neighbors! On March 28 I will be going to a peaceful “No Kings” Protest, and I welcome you all to join. The purpose is simple: to reaffirm the American principle that no one is above the Constitution, and that public office is a duty, not a crown.

I have long valued independence, fairness, and personal responsibility. I expect accountability from anyone who holds power, regardless of party. This event reflects those shared beliefs. It is not about left or right. It is about standing together as a community to support the rule of law and the idea that leadership comes from the people.

Everyone is invited — families, veterans, retirees, workers, and young people. Bring a sign and a lawn chair if you wish or simply stand with your neighbors. I hope to see you there! Be part of history!

The rally will be March 28, from 1 to 4 p.m. at Locomotive Park.

This is a peaceful, nonpartisan gathering. All are welcome.

Susan Stone
