Upcoming overnight road closure on Bank Street at Airway Avenue

KINGMAN — The City of Kingman would like to inform residents and motorists of an upcoming overnight road closure to facilitate Allo Fiber installation work.  The closure will take place at the intersection of Bank Street and Airway Avenue beginning on Sunday, January 26, at 8:00 p.m. and continuing until 5:00 AM the next morning.
During this time, the southbound center lane on Bank Street at Airway Avenue will be closed, as well as the westbound left-turn lane on Airway Avenue at Bank Street. The closure will extend southbound from the intersection of Bank Street and Airway Avenue to Rhoades Avenue.  A detour will be in place to redirect northbound traffic approaching from Beverly Avenue to Rhoades Avenue.
The city encourages the public to be aware of construction workers in the area and to follow directions posted on the traffic control signage in order to provide a safe working environment for workers, the motoring public, and pedestrians.
