Two killed in single-vehicle rollover

MOHAVE COUNTY – Two young adults were killed in a single vehicle rollover traffic incident on Interstate 40 late Sunday, March 17. The Department of Public Safety (DPS) said the accident occurred at about 11:13 p.m. at milepost 29 near Yucca.

“A Chevrolet Colorado pickup was eastbound when it went off the roadway left, and into the median adjacent to the eastbound number one lane,” said DPS media relations specialist Bart Graves. “The pickup rolled in the median through the desert terrain and came to a final resting point.”

Graves said dead at the scene were the driver, Seth Krick, 20, Lake Havasu City, and Dora Henderson-Penaloza, 20, Golden Valley. Investigation continues.
