Two charged with drugs for sale

LAKE HAVASU CITY – Two Lake Havasu City men face prosecution following seizure of drugs, cash and weapons. Police were involved in an investigation of a rash of drug overdoses when they visited a two-bedroom apartment in the 2200 block of McCulloch Blvd on Sept. 29.

They were able to conduct a search of the unit when they smelled marijuana and spotted drug paraphernalia when the door was opened. Officers reportedly confiscated about an ounce of cocaine, hallucinogenic mushrooms packaged for sale in baggies, dozens of marijuana oil cartridges, two firearms and more than $3,000 in cash.

Arrested at the scene were William Rabon, 21, and Dominic Kurn, 26. Both were jailed for drug sale and possession charges, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia counts and weapons offenses.
