BULLHEAD CITY — A deadly two vehicle collision is under investigation in Bullhead City. The Police Department said the August 5 crash in the 1900 block of Highway 95, just south of Clubhouse Drive, occurred at 8:15 p.m.

“A green 1999 Honda CRV traveling southbound on the highway crossed into the oncoming lanes for unknown reasons and struck a northbound white 2014 Toyota Highlander,” said police spokeswoman Emily Fromelt. “The 68-year-old male driver of the Honda CRV was transported to Western Arizona Regional Medical Center (WARMC) where he was pronounced deceased.”

His name is withheld pending notification of kin.

Fromelt said three occupants of the Toyota were transported to WARMC for treatment of their injuries.
