Two busted for meth

BULLHEAD CITY – Bullhead City police confiscated about one-quarter pound of illegal drugs following a routine traffic stop. Spokeswoman Emily Fromelt said the vehicle was pulled over at 6 p.m. on Jan. 16 in the area of highway 95 and Marble Canyon Road.

“Inside the vehicle, police located approximately 5.6 ounces of methamphetamine,” Fromelt said.

Driver Christopher Beals, 35, and passenger Brei Zagorsky, 38, were taken into custody for transportation of dangerous drugs for sale. Beals was also charged with possession of dangerous drugs for sale.

Fromelt said Beals had also been named in an unrelated arrest warrant for failure to appear in Bullhead City Justice Court.
