This week, the Arizona Supreme Court declined review of Superintendent of Public Instruction Tom Horne’s lawsuit against Attorney General Kris Mayes, Governor Katie Hobbs, and ten Arizona school districts over a dual-language learning model, thereby preserving the Attorney General’s win from the lower courts.
KINGMAN – The Mohave Republican Forum will be hosting Arizona Superintendent of Public Instruction Tom Horne at a meeting on Wednesday evening, April 9. The event will begin at 5:30 p.m. at the Kathryn Heidenreich Adult Center. Horne is running for reelection in 2026 and will be speaking and answering questions. Topics discussed will be current issues in the educational community, school choice, school security, improved academics, and critical race theory.
