The buzzword and the rabbit’s hole
Dear Editor,
President Bush, Jr., was the first to call it for what it is. After Donald J. Trump’s 2017 inaugural speech Bush walked away shaking his head and said, “That was some weird stuff!” He got that right.
Trump’s speech was filled with doom and gloom tearing our country down and disrespecting America’s intelligence like we’ve never heard from any American president. Ever!
He trashed our country repeatedly, calling it a wasteland and an American carnage, and kept saying, “Listen to only me. Only I can fix it.” Like a cult leader would say, or worse a dictator.
Spending and fiscal responsibility

Polls show a consensus of Arizonans want quality education for all grade levels in our state to prepare our young people and our economy for a fruitful future. Arizonans want just immigration reform, a secure border, and more. …but it all costs money.
Our Congressmen are in the middle of a tight election, but they still have our work to do – including creating and passing the federal budget for FY2025. And while Arizonans have our priorities, Americans are also highly concerned about our ballooning deficit and excessive military budget;
