The deep connection to the Mother Road is the inspiration behind the latest “6 x 6” exhibit at the Kingman Center for the Arts gallery, where local artists are celebrating the town’s heritage one small canvas at a time.
In a town accustomed to the steady rumble of freight trains rolling through, “vibrations” is a familiar concept. But at the Kingman Center for the Arts, the word takes on an entirely different meaning as local artists interpret the theme on canvas, in photographs, and through abstract expression.
The Kingman Center of Arts is once again celebrating the depth and diversity of Mohave County’s creative community with its Featured Artist Show, an exhibit held three times each year.
The city could always use more color, be it paint, neon lights and even chalk.
The Kingman Center for the Arts hosted an artist showcase for local artists.
