BULLHEAD CITY – The Bullhead City School District will hold a public meeting March 12 to discuss Title 1, a federal grant program for school districts with large concentrations of low-income students.
Dozens of students and their families in the Bullhead City School District (BCSD) again had traditional Thanksgiving and Christmas meals, following donations by the Aquarius and Edgewater Casino Resorts in Laughlin, Hope United Methodist Church in Bullhead City, and the Bullhead City Lions Club.
Hundreds of items will again be available to the public when the Bullhead City School District hold its first surplus sale of the new school year. Many items start at just $1.
With school starting, or about to start, in area schools, the Bullhead City School District has opened its staff childcare center to employees of all Arizona public and public charter schools in the surrounding region.
With the start of its new school year just days away, the Bullhead City School District has reminded families of updated policies limiting students’ cellphones, personal electronic devices and backpacks.
