Community Legal Services has filed a lawsuit on behalf of 15 former tenants of the dilapidated Arcadia Lodge at 909 E. Andy Devine in downtown Kingman. Attorney Pamela Bridge filed the action in Mohave County Superior Court on Monday, October 27.
KINGMAN – The Mohave County Homeless Continuum of Care (COC) held an emergency meeting to address the housing needs of individuals that were evicted from the Arcadia Lodge on Thursday, March 20. The hotel was declared uninhabitable by the City of Kingman when they were informed that the hotel was without power.
