KINGMAN – A Lake Havasu City drug dealer was sentenced to a five-year prison term Wednesday. The punishment Mohave County Superior Court Judge Derek Carlisle imposed for Chad Van Allen, 32, was mandated in a plea agreement. Van Allen pleaded guilty to possession of dangerous drugs for sale, possession of narcotic drugs for sale and manufacturing dangerous drugs.
