LAKE HAVASU CITY – Lake Havasu City police report a man who was asked to leave a house party returned with a firearm early Saturday, Aug. 10. Public Information Officer Kyle Ridgway said officers responded at 1:49 a.m. to the incident in the 1900 block of Spirit Lane.

Ridgway said no one was injured when Seth Duda, 21, Lake Havasu City, fired several rounds into the residence. Duda was arrested and transported to the Adult Detention Center in Kingman where he was booked for aggravated assault, disorderly conduct, endangerment and criminal damage.
