Support veterans in need: Year-end donation request for the JAVC

Dear Editor,

As we approach the end of the year, we reflect on the incredible impact we’ve made together in supporting our nation’s veterans through the JAVC. Your past generosity has played a vital role in providing essential resources and assistance to those who have selflessly served our country.

The challenges faced by our veterans are diverse, ranging from healthcare needs to employment opportunities, housing, and mental health support. The JAVC remains steadfast in its commitment to addressing these issues and improving the lives of our heroes who have sacrificed so much for us.

This December, we invite you to join us once again in making a difference in the lives of our veterans. Your tax-deductible donation to the JAVC will directly contribute to programs and initiatives that enhance the well-being of veterans and their families.

Here’s how your contribution can make a meaningful impact:

1.   Veteran Employment Programs: Support initiatives that connect veterans with meaningful employment opportunities, helping them transition successfully to civilian life.

2.   Health and Wellness Services: Contribute to healthcare programs that ensure veterans receive the medical attention and mental health support they deserve.

3.   Housing Assistance: Help provide safe and stable housing for homeless or at-risk veterans, giving them a foundation they need to rebuild their lives.

4.   Support Veterans Treatment Courts. Contributing to a less than 5% recidivism rate.

5.   Provide transitional housing for homeless veterans. We were able to house 69 veterans over the last two years.

To make your tax-deductible donation, please visit our secure online donation page at https://javc.org/donations-general-via-credit-card/. Every contribution, no matter the size, brings us one step closer to creating a lasting impact on the lives of those who have served our country.

If you prefer to send a check, please make it payable to “JAVC” and mail it to: PO Box 4463, Kingman, AZ 86402.

You can make a tax-free donation. Just review the AZ State tax option on the website!

Thanks, and Merry Christmas!

Thanks to all our veterans and those that support them!

Dorn Patrick Farrell, Executive Director and President

Jerry Ambrose Veterans Council of Mohave County, INC (JAVC)
