Stabber sought for attempted murder

LAKE HAVASU CITY – The Mohave County Sheriff’s office seeks help from the public in locating a man wanted for an attempted murder in Lake Havasu City. Agency spokeswoman Anita Mortensen said 63-year-old Gary Pappilli allegedly stabbed another man during an early Thursday evening altercation at a home in the 2000 block of Quartzite Pl. 

The 77-year-old victim required medical attention for multiple stab wounds.  

Citizens are advised to avoid contact with Pappilli who is considered to be dangerous. Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is asked to call the sheriff’s office (928-753-0755 or toll free 800-522-4312).
