Sounds of Kingman to present first concert of the season

KINGMAN – The first Concert in the Park this year features the Dale Gillespie Blues Project. The concert will be held Sunday, June 14 at 4 p.m. at Metcalfe Park in downtown Kingman.

Leader Dale Gillespie formed the group when he moved to Kingman from Alaska about two and a half years ago. They perform a mix of classic rock and blues combined with some original works.

You may have heard them at the Kingman Farmers’ Market, Alpaca Days, West Coast Rendezvous, Foxes Floating Bar, or perhaps at the Dolan Springs VFW. Sounds of Kingman is pleased to offer them the stage for the first time.

Bring your picnic and lawn chair or blanket to hang out in the park and enjoy the shad, the music and social distancing.
