Softball season takes shape

KINGMAN – The Kingman Softball Association (KSA) is taking registration for the summer city league season. City Recreation Coordinator Ryan Fruhwirth said KSA plans to reduce the number of teams but hopes to provide the same number of games in a season that won’t start until late June or early July.

Managers can register their teams from 10:00 a.m. to noon on Saturday, May 30 at the Centennial Park crow’s nest where the four main fields are situated, closer to the library. Additional signup dates and times are posted on the KSA Facebook page.

Managers are strongly encouraged to communicate with KSA officials regarding numerous public health and safety restrictions and requirements being implemented due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
