Sexual conduct charge reduced: Havasu man sentenced after plea deal

LAKE HAVASU CITY — A Lake Havasu City man who faced two sexual conduct with a minor charges involving a teenager has been placed on supervised probation for three years. Noah Adams, 22, was also ordered to perform 120 hours of community work service.

Mohave County Superior Court Judge Megan McCoy ordered four days in jail during an April 16 sentencing hearing in Kingman, and credited Adams for four days already spent in custody.

One sexual conduct with a minor charge was dismissed in a plea agreement while another was reduced to an aggravated assault on a minor conviction. Adams was 19 years old when the alleged sex offenses occurred in 2023.

Adams is also convicted of shoplifting items from a local grocery store.
