Rezoning, fiscal audits at LHC council

LAKE HAVASU CITY – The Lake Havasu City council accepted and passed fiscal year audit results ending in June 30, 2023. The council also passed plans for Jack Hardie Park which will be undergoing renovations for current safety surface and playground adjustments and equipment in the amount of $131,734.  

Lake Havasu water meters are running low and city council passed a motion for replenishments in the amount of $93,380. Board members also approved rezoning plans for the land at 700 London Bridge Road. The new urban development subdivisions will overlook Windsor Beach. To find out about future meetings visit, lhcaz.gov.
