Attention to all property owners of Valle Vista: You agreed to follow the CL&Rs when you purchased residential property in the Valle Vista POA. Knowing this, current business activities are in jeopardy of receiving violation notices from the Compliance Committee. Business examples that I have noticed include auto repair facilities, B&Bs, realtors and contractors. It would be appreciated that all Valle Vista residents follow the existing CL&Rs. Thank you for reading this and cooperating to make Valle Vista a more pleasant and beautiful place to live.
