Public invited to Airport Master Plan Informational Workshop

LAKE HAVASU CITY – The public is invited and encouraged to attend the upcoming informational workshop for the ongoing Airport Master Plan for the Lake Havasu City Municipal Airport, Thursday, December 12, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., in the Main Airport Terminal of the Lake Havasu City Municipal Airport, located at 5600 N. Hwy 95 #1.

The goal of the Airport Master Plan is to provide the framework needed to guide future Airport development that will cost-effectively satisfy aviation demand, while considering potential environmental and socioeconomic issues. The FAA recommends that public use airports, like Lake Havasu City Municipal Airport, prepare a new Airport Master Plan every seven to 10 years or as local aviation conditions change. The previous Master Plan was completed in 2009.

For more information, please contact Lake Havasu City Project Manager, Jeff Herb, at 928-680-5474.
