ProFit Kitchin closure

MOHAVE COUNTY – A unique eatery specializing in healthy food options has closed its doors in Kingman and will soon do the same in Bullhead City. Pro-fit Kitchin has a closure notice at the Kingman store that opened early this year at 1969 Beverly Ave and owner-chef Eric Fox said the Bullhead store in the Riverview Mall will also soon be shuttered.
“The realities of fast expansion and a constrictive economy has placed its chains around operations, and I can assure you many other businesses throughout the tr-state area are feeling the grip as well,” Fox said in a post to his Facebook page. “Across the board we’ve seen a decline in sales, a rise in overhead expenses and a slow start to our area’s strongest tourism season.”
Fox said he is thankful for those who supported his enterprise.
‘The sad realities of closing our doors does not amount nearly at all to the love I have for all of our patrons,” Fox’ post said. “We, the entire PROFIT team, are incredibly thankful for you!”
