Police seek runaway teen

LAKE HAVASU CITY – Authorities in Lake Havasu City are asking the public for help in locating a runaway teenager. Local police say 14-year-old Megyn Whitbeck was last seen in Lake Havasu on April 19, in the 1600 block of McCulloch Boulevard S.

“Megyn is believed to be traveling on foot and currently there is no clothing description available,” a news release said. “Megyn is approximately 5’07’’, 130 pounds with brown hair and green eyes.”

In addition to Lake Havasu City, the runaway has connections to Whitfield County, Georgia and Orange County, California. Anyone with information is encouraged to call Lake Havasu police (928-855-1171) or Havasu Silent Witness (928-854-8477).
