Plans to build Perkins submitted to the City

Plans have been submitted and a permit is requested to build a Perkins Restaurant and Bakery behind the Safeway Shopping Center in Kingman. The Lake Havasu City-based Selberg and Associates architectural firm turned in plans to the city on April 19.

A 5,258 sq. ft. restaurant that will seat up to 257 people is proposed on a lot between the shopping center and Interstate 40 Stockton Hill Road exit.

City officials indicated a first review of the plans should be completed by the end of this month and that the construction permit could issue on or before mid-May. A general contractor has not yet been selected.
