Physician Assistant Maryssa Fairbanks joins Kingman Orthopedics

Maryssa Fairbanks, PA-C

KINGMAN – Kingman Regional Medical Center welcomes Maryssa Fairbanks, PA-C, to the team at Kingman Orthopedics. Fairbanks is a certified physician assistant who provides care for patients of all ages with musculoskeletal conditions, including sports injuries, fractures, arthritis, and other disorders of the bones and joints.

She earned her master’s degree in physician assistant studies at Creighton University in Phoenix, Arizona, graduating in 2025.

With a background in exercise science and coaching, Fairbanks is especially interested in helping people stay active and recover from injuries.

During a clinical rotation in Kingman with her PA program, Fairbanks was impressed by the collaboration among the hospital and orthopedic providers.

“I felt like this was a place where I could grow and make a meaningful impact within the community,” said Fairbanks.
