Pavement preservation, rezoning discussed at LHC council

LAKE HAVASU CITY – A zoning classification and district motion was passed for the 30 acres at 2205 Victoria Farms Road from Light Industrial (LIP) at the last Lake Havasu City Council meeting. The LIP zoning that is currently over the property does not allow development outside of the planned and approved development plan. This is the reasoning behind the applicant’s request to rezone the property for industrial future use. The board passed a motion for replacement vehicles purchase for 2024 cabs with a cranes for SanTan Auto Partners for $301.727.

It’s roadway maintenance time for Beachcomber and McCulloch. The city entered an agreement with Holbrook Asphalt LLC to have this maintained through June 30, 2025.
