BULLHEAD CITY – Parents high on drugs were arrested when discovered asleep in a vehicle with their young children in Bullhead City. “The adults in the vehicle were unresponsive due to being under the influence of drugs,” Fromelt said. “Officers had to yell and bang on the vehicle windows to wake up the parents.”

Martin, Shawn.

Fromelt said three children (ages three, six and six years old) were sleeping in the back seat. She said they had easy access to drugs believed to be cocaine and drug paraphernalia located in the vehicle.
