Dear Editor,
At age 14, I got my work permit and started making balls of ice cream at Dairy Queen. 15&1/2, you get the job, but I harassed and bugged the manager coincidentally his name was Bob. I lasted there about a year and 1/2 until I gave my first pleasure job in school after math.my parents were embarrassed, not valuing myself;I was a bit careless. Later on at age 25, I had 3 chiuahuas who were hairless.
Grinding, determination, and endurance
At age 17, I had my own car with insurance. Open my bank account, half in savings, the other half to spend. No more Barbie Dolls, playing dress up that was all pretend. Binding, conversation, no hindrances and making that dough through all occurrences.
At age 16, I worked at Party City, Del Taco, Which Which like a subway sandwich, receiving tips, coming home at night with a wad of 50’s. 3 normal jobs and one under the table, and also slinging pills faster than color TV and cable all about them downers, Loratabs, vikadens, Percocet, and oxy oval rounders. 4 months into the cash I was hooked. Kicking the pills was worst then my Heroin addiction, opiates never be overlooked. Slow motion and main distraction, pretty soon I started flunking physics and math no passing action. Dropped out of Polynesian club, just wanted to take a nap. Numbness gliding on the outside, told my parents lies and got caught sneaking out after bedtime. Got fired or quit my jobs, pills popping the new upcoming heart throb. Then senior year came thru ending all sobs.
Grinding, determination, and endurance. Again at age 18, I had auto insurance. I opened a savings account, kicked the pills, and dropping out of Girl Scouts. My mind, my invitation, no slurring sentences and rededication to my senses.
8 classes total for Senior year. Delivering auto parts, Inventory Clerk, Part Retriever for Allamatic Transmissions. I made 15$ an hour at this quaint family business, my father, my brother, and mother so close to me constantly my pride split into percentages. Busy, busy, now slinging tree in the streets. I’m so high that I sing while the bird tweets.
Later on, I was at the College Bookstore, shrinkrapping, floor person was kind of a tiny bore. In College, my major’s English Literature and Special education, observation under the teachers administration while volunteering and still working on my education. Save the second to last Loovas autistic children I commend you and lend my appreciation.
Round and round the years fly by. Learning new information, the trials of life by adaptation. Sometimes only sometimes I can see it clear. I put on my backpack, grab my gear, fact check reassurance through the mirror.
In the past at age 28, really into meth, 4 years out of control trying to get my path straight. Hustle yard sale items from here and there, I can sell you that product with my quirky flair. Doing what I must with meth my major crutch and now my bfs are down to punch. My best friend’s are overwhelming me oh so much. Caught between a rock and a hard place I thought at times was well enough. I love my love bug’s Villas, Everlast, and Lilo lala my dogs are the realest. The illest pets and family of all time, finish the last chorus to end the rhyme.
Spellbinding, medical probation, Wireless Assurance, mental mediation the worthy est. I am truly saving money, my dog’s tails are the furriest. I must be kind, I am Mexican and Cacausian, broke, slow, on the other side of the fence. Rolling snipe’s, and rediscovering sobriety my new self invent.
