KINGMAN – Following the investigation conducted by Lake Havasu City Police Department detectives of the officer-involved shooting that occurred in Kingman on December 29, 2023, Sergeant Kenneth Morris has been released back to full duty.
The suspect involved in the incident, 39-year-old Kingman resident Andrew Romero, has been released from Sunrise Hospital and was subsequently arrested by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department on a felony warrant for aggravated assault on a police officer. He is awaiting extradition at the Clark County Detention Center.
