October Citizen of the Month named

Kingman Route 66 Rotary Club recently presented MyKenzie DeVries, a ninth grade student in the Cambridge Program at Lee Williams High School, with the club’s October Citizen of the Month award. At age five, MyKenzie began raising money for the community, with her first fundraiser raising $100 to pay for school supplies in school. Along with her sister and an assist from their Mom, fundraisers went from a lemonade stand to making items to putting on a car wash at 66 Auto Sales. To date $3,350.01 has been raised with all proceeds going to the Kingman Cancer Care Unit.
